Sonic Burger
For years I have been seeing commercials for Sonic Burger on cable and yet I have never actually seen a Sonic and so I’ve always wondered if they really exist or not. I mean it seems like it would be weird to have advertisements for something that doesn’t exist but hey, we do live in a generally bizarre world and so I am unwilling to put it past some strange millionaire from inventing a fake fast food restaurant and then buying add time on TV. But alas it is not the case, for I am now in South Carolina and sure enough I have seen a Sonic, they do indeed exist. This makes me relieved. Oh yeah, Long John Silvers also exist. Why is it that there are so many different fast food restaurants down south than up north? You’d think that in a country of massive development and capitalism business would try to be everywhere.
They also have palm trees in South Carolina, which is amazing because we do not have palm trees in Vermont (well maybe potted Palm Trees, but those aren’t the same).
