A Story of a Sauce
There is so much that I love about the New York Times that I could probably go on and on for hours about its greatness. But one of my favorite things about the newspaper is its ability to take things that we often overlook and make a wonderful story out of them. For a great example I direct everyone to the piece titled “A Chili Sauce to Crow About,” written by John T. Edge. Focusing on the popular spicy sauce phenomenon that is Sriracha (Rooster) Sauce Edge creates a wondrous narrative that is both fascinating and educating. Who’d of thought that there was such a good story behind a chili sauce? Makes you wonder about other popular sauces and condiments (I know that Tabasco Sauce is made on an island, which is pretty cool).
Anyways, just a great piece that I think people might enjoy (as I did). Sharing is caring fun awesomeness . . . such is the greatness of blogs.
