Best Time Travel Films via io9
io9 regularly offers various top 10 lists of all sorts of things geeky. Some of them are quite good. An example of one of their particularly good top 10 lists is there “10 Best Time Travel Movies of All Timelines.”
Par of why I like it is because I have seen all but two of the movies on the list (“Time After Time” and “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.”) and I am pretty happy with the eight that I know and have seen having made it on the list. Beyond that, putting “Time Bandits” in the #1 spot and saying off it “This is one of the greatest movies of all time, period” earns some major respect points from me. I love “Time Bandits,” and am in agreement that it is an absolutely brilliant film (also it is real kick ass that Terry Gilliam landed two movies on the list, the other, besides “Time Bandits” being the also-very-awesome “12 Monkeys“).
All around a great list with some definitely must-see movies for the curious about time travel.
