Brewing Beers for the Wedding Times
My pal and former roommate Dan just sent me a link to an article titled “I brew! Weddings bring out the beer-zillas in these grooms” all about people (specifically Grooms) who choose to brew their own beers for their wedding celebration. Having brewed that majority of the beer for my own wedding (and having that which I didn’t personally brew, be homebrewed by my friend Brian) I am happy to see that this is a trend gaining in popularity. I really appreciate DIY wedding planning, and making your own tasty suds seems like a real cool way to show off some brewing talent as well as to provide a bit of alcohol for the party.
